This is a fun portable bubble machine. Very well designed. It needs 4 x AA batteries and also works with rechargeable batteries. A screwdriver for the battery compartment is enclosed, as well as two manual bubble making sticks. I like the carry handle on the top - it helps re-position the machine easily. It is also easy to pour bubble mixture in the front - any kid can do it, no need to pour into tricky containers like other models I have used. A slit on the front helps pour out any unused mixture as easily. I ordered it for a football kids party, to keep in line with the theme and it is perfect. I only used washing up liquid for the demo video, so it spits more and foams less than with proper mixture but the noise level is what you can expect (which, of course, in real life, would be overpowered by screaming kids).Great purchase, happy to recommend.
